By using our website or attending the Festival, you represent and warrant that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- any information you provide to us is accurate and complete; and
- you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
We reserve the right to request age verification and to deny entry, remove any person, or cancel any registration or ticket if eligibility requirements are not met.
2. Acceptance of Risk and Personal Responsibility
By attending the Festival, you acknowledge that participation may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- physical injury,
- illness,
- emotional distress,
- interactions with other attendees,
- crowd-related incidents,
- loud music, lighting, or environmental conditions,
- and other risks associated with live events and adult-oriented spaces.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending or participating in the Festival, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions, conduct, physical condition, boundaries, interactions, belongings, and personal safety.
3. Code of Conduct and Event Rules
All attendees, vendors, volunteers, performers, staff, and participants must comply with all Festival rules, policies, posted notices, and instructions from authorized Festival personnel.
Without limiting the above, you agree that:
- consent is mandatory in all interpersonal interactions;
- harassment, coercion, assault, intimidation, stalking, threats, discrimination, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated;
- you will respect boundaries, privacy, and the dignity of others;
- you will comply with all venue rules and applicable laws;
- you will not disrupt the Festival, interfere with staff, or create unsafe conditions.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to deny entry, revoke access, remove any person, cancel tickets without refund where permitted, or involve venue security, emergency services, or law enforcement where reasonably necessary for safety, operations, or legal compliance.
4. No Photography or Recording Without Explicit Consent
Privacy and discretion are central to the Festival.
You may not photograph, film, audio record, livestream, screen record, or otherwise capture another person’s image, likeness, voice, or participation without that individual’s explicit prior consent.
Unauthorized recording, distribution, posting, tagging, publication, or sharing of attendee images, identities, or participation may result in removal from the Festival, revocation of access, and further action where appropriate.
We may impose additional restrictions on device use, cameras, or recording equipment at the Festival.
5. Tickets, Registration, and Admission
A ticket or registration does not guarantee admission if:
- eligibility requirements are not met;
- the purchaser provided false or misleading information;
- the ticket was obtained fraudulently or in breach of these Terms;
- the attendee violates Festival rules or applicable law;
- the Festival reaches operational or safety capacity; or
- admission is restricted for safety, legal, venue, or operational reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, suspend, or revoke tickets, registrations, applications, or access where reasonably necessary.
You are responsible for reviewing all purchase details before completing your order.
6. Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars CAD.
By making a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable charges, fees, taxes, and processing costs displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for payment processor outages, bank delays, card issuer decisions, or third-party payment platform errors, except as required by law.
You authorize us and our payment providers to process the payment method used for your transaction.
7. Refunds, Transfers, and Cancellations
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated in a separate posted refund policy or required by law.
We may, at our discretion, allow ticket transfers, credits, or limited exceptions under specific conditions announced by us in writing.
If the Festival is postponed, rescheduled, modified, or cancelled in whole or in part due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, venue issues, health and safety concerns, acts of God, government action, performer/vendor cancellation, or force majeure events, we may offer a replacement date, credit, partial credit, or refund only to the extent we determine appropriate or as required by law.
Any specific refund, transfer, or credit rules published at the point of sale will form part of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the website, or the Festival will not exceed the amount you paid directly to us for the applicable ticket, registration, or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us, our owners, directors, officers, staff, contractors, volunteers, venue partners, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:
- your breach of these Terms;
- your misuse of the website;
- your violation of Festival policies or applicable law;
- your infringement of another person’s rights;
- or your acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct.

- you have violated these Terms;
- you have violated Festival rules or policies;
- you present a safety, privacy, legal, operational, or reputational risk;
- or such action is necessary to protect attendees, staff, property, or the Festival.
